A bit more about our beer
Inspired by the natural process and focused on fine quality, our craft beers are brewed using traditional methods. We hand-craft our beers in small batches using high quality natural ingredients, with no preservatives and no artificial additives.
OUR AWARD-WINNING COLLECTION
Honey Blonde
ABV - 4.9 % IBU - 23
A pale blonde ale with strong honey notes. A total of 10kg of raw honey is added per batch. The malts used in this beer helps to give a hint of sweetness, while maintaining its crisp blonde colour. The hop profile helps to a floral like character, with a hint of a spicy and citrus notes.
Weiss
ABV - 5.5 % IBU - 15
Our Weiss is a typical German style wheat beer. The malts used in this beer helps to give a full bodied flavour with it being 50% wheat and 50% barley. The yeast used adds the greatest amount of flavour, with hints of banana, bubble-gum and cloves.
Oatmeal Stout
ABV - 4.8 % IBU - 30
Our Oatmeal Stout is nitrogen infused giving a creamy, mousey smooth foam head. The dark roasted malts gives this beer its distinctive colour. Notes of rich coffee and bittersweet dark chocolate with a subtle hazel-nut hint being present.
IPA
ABV - 6.5 % IBU - 40
Also known as an Indian Pale Ale, our IPA is a strong and bitter beer. The high levels of bitterness are balanced out by the high alcohol content. The malt characteristics are subtle, with a slight caramel flavour. Expect strong citrus hop notes, such as mango, passion fruit, litchi and tropical fruit.

Lager
ABV - 4.5 % IBU - 13
Our lager is a crisp easy drinking beer. It has a sweet caramel aroma with a unique toffee-like flavour. The hop profile gives an earthy and floral note, and a nectar fruit aroma.
Dark Lager
ABV - 5 % IBU - 17
Our Dark Lager has the clean and refreshing taste of our lager, but with a bit more character and flavour to it. There is a hint of dry roastedness, with subtle notes of malty and earthy flavours.
Amber Ale
ABV - 4.8 % IBU - 30
Our amble ale is the ultimate thirst quencher as a combination of the American amber and British beer style. The malts used, gives a clear amber colour, with the flavour profile being similar to sweet caramel and toffee, and hints of baked goods. Where the British hops adds a floral note on the nose.
